Description
IOC4T (part number 200-560-000-018) is a rear-end signal interface card used for the protection card of the integrated unit. It is installed at the rear of the rack and works in coordination with the front-end protection card through the backplane bus. It is responsible for connecting various external vibration, speed, and process sensor cables, and completing the external connection of the original signals and the interaction with external systems. It is equipped with multiple levels of surge and electromagnetic isolation protection to avoid line interference from damaging the core monitoring board.
The module integrates multiple analog transmitters and alarm relay contacts. The vibration, displacement, and speed data processed by the protection card can be converted into 4-20mA or 0-10V standard signals for external transmission. When an alarm is triggered, it directly drives the relay to output a switch quantity. It supports hot plugging while the rack is powered on and can be used in conjunction with the mechanical protection cabinet kits for steam turbine units, compressors, and other equipment.
