TQ902-011 is a standard-installation electromagnetic eddy current displacement sensor from the TQ900 series. It is developed for non-contact measurement of axial vibration, axial displacement and clearance gaps on rotating machinery. Adopting high-frequency eddy current technology, the sensor precisely captures tiny displacement variations of metal shafts, delivering real-time and accurate monitoring data for core equipment including steam turbines, compressors and motors.

This sensor supports rigorous industrial operation with IP68 protection grade and a wide working temperature range of -40°C to 180°C. It complies with SIL 2 safety certification and API 670 industry standards, with explosion-proof performance adapted for high-temperature and hazardous working areas. Featuring a stainless steel housing and integrated coaxial cable with standard threaded connectors, it ensures long-term operational stability and can work with IQS900 signal conditioners to build a complete industrial machinery monitoring system.
