IQS450 (Part Number 204-450-000-002 A1-B23-H05-I0) is a core member of the vibro-meter® product line, an industrial-grade signal conditioner specifically designed for industrial machinery monitoring. Its core function is to form a calibrated proximity measurement system with the TQ401 proximity sensor and EA401 extension cable. Based on the eddy current principle, it enables non-contact, precise measurement of relative displacement in moving mechanical components. It outputs a current signal proportional to the gap distance, providing reliable data support for the protection and condition monitoring of rotating machinery.

Precision Current Output with Wide Range Adaptability: Equipped with B23 specification 2.5µA/µm sensitivity, compatible with a 2mm linear measurement range (typical 0.2-2.2mm), corresponding to -15.5mA to -20.5mA current output, with a dynamic range of 5mA. Frequency response spans DC to 20kHz (-3dB), enabling precise capture of critical parameters like shaft vibration and axial position to meet high-precision monitoring demands.
