Description

CMC16 (Material Number 200-530-012-012) is a 16-channel intelligent acquisition card specifically designed for industrial rotating unit condition monitoring. As the core data acquisition unit at the system front end, it can concurrently collect dynamic and static on-site signals such as vibration, speed, pressure, and temperature. Each channel is independently equipped with filtering and analog-to-digital conversion circuits. The onboard processor is relied upon to perform real-time spectral and time-domain analysis.

The module is compatible with the standard 6U rack VME bus architecture. It supports two sampling modes: synchronous order tracking and asynchronous fixed-frequency. It comes with local data cache and transmits monitoring data to the upper level via Ethernet or RS485 bus. It has multi-level alarm and trend recording functions and is widely used in online fault diagnosis scenarios for equipment such as steam turbines, compressors, and gas turbines.
